Hi there! I’m Link, a tight wearing adventurer by day, an aspiring ocarina musician by night, and this is my blog. I enjoy long walks on the beach and slicing stuff up!  I live in Hyrule, have a great horse named Epona, an annoying fairy named Navi, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

I was tired of my princess, we’d been together too long
Like a worn-out recording of a ocarina song
So while she lay there sleepin’, I read the sign by the bed
And on the fortress columns there was this letter I read

‘If you like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain
If you’re not into Tingle, if you find Ganon a pain
If you like sailing at midnight between the islands in the great sea
Then I’m the one that you’ve looked for, find me and we’ll flee’

I didn’t think about my princess, I know that sounds kinda mean
But me and my princess had fallen into the same old dull routine
So I found my compass, took out a map
And grabbed my master sword, I put on my Minish cap

“Yes, I like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain
I’m not much into fake fairies, I am into champagne
I’ve got to meet you by tomorrow noon and cut through all this red tape
At a castle called Hyrule where we’ll plan our escape”

So I waited with high hopes and she walked in the place
I knew her smile in an instant, I knew the curve of her face
It was my own princess and she said, “Oh, it’s you?”
Then we laughed for a moment and I said, “I never knew”

“That you liked Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain
And the feel of the ocean and the taste of the champagne
If you sailing at midnight between the islands in the great sea
You’re the princess I’ve looked for, come with me and we’ll flee”

If you like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain
If you’re not into Tingle, if you find Ganon a pain
If you sailing at midnight between the islands in the great sea
Then I’m the one that you’ve looked for, find me and we’ll flee

Yes, I like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain
I’m not much into fake fairies, I am into champagne
I’ve got to meet you by tomorrow noon and cut through all this red tape
At a castle called Hyrule where we’ll plan our escape.
